Perennial warm season grass.
Hull remains on seed and provides protection for late Winter / early Spring planting.
Germination 10 to 20 days later than hulled bermuda.
Increase seeding rate by one third.

Seeding rate for new pasture – 9 to 12 lbs per acre
Seeding rate for lawn – 2 lbs per 1000 square feet
Seed depth: .125 – .25 inch
Planting time: Spring, Summer
Soil pH range: 5.7 – 7.0
